The philosophy of Citadel is, as a specialized consulting company, to maintain the flexibility, have the knowledge and have access to the contacts necessary to quickly and correctly solve the clients problem, and preferrably prevent them from occurring in advance.

To quickly solve a problem in the spanish businessclimate is generally not a trivial task. On top of this, to solve it correctly does not usually seem like the fastest way. Solving a problem in the correct way demands a global view of the consequences of the actions carried out to solve the problem, as well as explaining these actions to the client so that he understands them, and can make an optimized decision.
