1/2/07 Internal Administration

Together with Solid Network Citadel has developed an internal application to better administrate the growing clientbase, as well as routine taskhandling and process control. The system is a further development of the database installed in 1997 and the system is currently only used internally. When trials are ready and the system has been "tuned" it will be converted to a web-application, in line with Solid Networks other products. Since clients can be integrated as users in the system, it brings advantages such as quicker communication and exchange of information between Citadel and the client, thus higher effectivity.
